 Determining the Right

business with the Department of State:

incorporation must be filed.

LLC -
Articles of organization and affidavits
of newspaper publication must be filed.
These requirements must be met in a
timely fashion, or you risk the
Department of State dissolving your
entity.
You will get a filing
receipt that lets you obtain an employer
identification number to set up a bank
account and begin operating under your new
business.
