We will work closely with you
to create a real estate contract that protects
your interests. We will send our proposed
contract to the buyer's attorney. Once the
purchasers return our contract, we will review
any changes or rider with you in person.
If you are unable to meet
with us in our office, we will overnight the
documents to you and personally review them with
you over the phone. We want to make sure that
you understand your rights, and feel comfortable
with the final contract.
Once you and the purchasers
have signed the contract, we will work with you
to resolve any title issues, mortgage payoff
information, tax information and other important
details.

you and work with the mortgage broker and title
company to ensure a successful closing. In
addition, we check with the seller's attorney to
see if a survey is available that you could use.
If there is none, we strongly recommend that you
obtain one from a New York State licensed
surveyor. There are many things that a survey
may reveal that a buyer may not know otherwise,
including, but not limited to the following:
easements that are not of record, the location
of easements that are of record and
encroachments.
